Product · Scope Compass

Know what you have before you choose what you buy.

Every system decision, implementation or rebuild starts with the same question: how does this company actually work today? Scope Compass makes the answer clickable. Processes, systems, spreadsheets and pain points in one shared picture — updated while you talk, instead of a Visio that ages while it's being drawn.

What it does

Process landscape

All processes mapped with their owners, systems and pain points — from quote to aftercare.

Systems and spreadsheets

Which tools carry which process, and where the work secretly leans on Excel and email.

Weighted pain points

Pain points captured where they belong, weighted by impact — so prioritising happens on facts.

Scope for selection or build

The scope rolls out of the picture: what the new system must cover, what stays, what becomes an app alongside.

Who it's for

  • Manufacturers facing an ERP selection or re-implementation.
  • Boards that want overview first and quotes second.
  • Consultants and IT managers who want to end scope discussions with facts.

How to deploy it

Within an engagement: every SupplyUp process improvement and ERP engagement uses Scope Compass as its instrument. The picture that emerges is yours and stays usable afterwards.

Standalone: Scope Compass is being developed as a product for direct use by companies and consultants. Interested in a demo or early access? Send a message via the contact page.

Frequently asked questions about Scope Compass

Is this a drawing tool like Visio or Lucidchart?

No. It's a structured model of processes, systems and pain points with their relationships — not a loose drawing. That's why you can filter, weigh and prioritise on it.

Can I use it without a SupplyUp engagement?

That's where the product is heading. Today it's deployed within engagements; standalone access is coming. Leave your details and you'll hear when it's there.

Does it hold client data? Why are there only screenshots online?

Production instances hold real company information, so there's no open demo. Screenshots with test data will appear on this page once prepared.

Which process is in your way?

Describe it in a few lines. Within one working day you'll hear whether it fits in 48 hours — and if so, the clock starts.
