Choose an ERP without gambling.
An ERP decision is a six-figure commitment that lasts ten years. Yet it's often made on demos directed by the vendor and references supplied by the vendor. We sit on your side of the table: independent, no licence interest, with twenty years in the BoMs, costings and planning of manufacturing companies.
The five phases
- 01
Discovery
How does the work really flow today? Processes, systems and pain points mapped — see also process improvement.
- 02
Architecture
What must the ERP do — and what should it explicitly not do? Which processes belong inside the system, which next to it?
- 03
Selection
A shortlist that fits your type of manufacturing, demos on your cases instead of sales scripts, and a decision on facts.
- 04
Implementation strategy
Sequence, migration, who does what. The phase where projects quietly derail when nobody makes it explicit.
- 05
Implementation guidance
On your side of the table during build and go-live, so the vendor delivers what was agreed.
Who it's for
Manufacturers of 50 to 500 employees: machine builders, agritech, automotive suppliers, high-tech. Companies with real production — BoMs, work orders, planning — and therefore with requirements a standard implementation skips right past.
On request. Every engagement is different; you'll receive a proposal on a single A4 within a week.
Frequently asked questions about ERP
Are you really independent?
Yes. We don't sell licences, hold no reseller contracts and receive no vendor fees. Our advice is paid for by you and nobody else.
Which ERP systems have you worked with?
The systems common in the Dutch manufacturing mid-market up to enterprise. Which ones fit your situation is part of the selection itself — a preference upfront would make the advice suspect.
Can you guide just the implementation?
Yes. Even when the choice has been made, independent guidance next to the vendor is often the difference between 'live' and 'live as intended'.
Why is there no price on the site?
Because engagements differ too much for one honest number. What you do get: a proposal on a single A4 within a week, fixed price included.
Which process is in your way?
Describe it in a few lines. Within one working day you'll hear whether it fits in 48 hours — and if so, the clock starts.
